Investor Services
Everything after the decision to invest
Advice is only half of an engagement. These are the services SAT provides around a position — acquiring it, holding it, reporting on it, and exiting it — each with a defined scope, a stated fee, and documentation you keep.
Services
Investment Advisory
Mandate definition, comparative shortlisting, diligence against primary sources, and the recommendation — including what we would advise against.
View advisory →Portfolio Advisory
For investors holding more than one asset: exposure by type and location, income performance, and hold-or-exit assessment across the portfolio.
View portfolio advisory →Property Management
Ownership supervision — leasing, tenant administration, collections, maintenance coordination and fixed-cycle reporting. 3% per annum of annual rent.
View property management →Rental Supervision
Lighter-touch oversight for owners who handle their own tenants but want the lease, the collections and the renewals administered properly.
View rental supervision →Selling & Exit
Disposal planning — pricing against recorded comparables, timing against supply, buyer reach, and the documentation required to transfer cleanly.
View selling & exit →Market Intelligence
The research that sits underneath the advice: transaction evidence, supply pipeline and area-level performance.
View market intelligence →How services are scoped
- Written scope before engagement. What is included, what is not, who does what, and on what cycle you receive reporting.
- Stated fees. Our fee and its basis, plus any third-party costs — passed through at cost and evidenced, never marked up silently.
- Disclosed relationships. Where a developer or transaction relationship is relevant to a service we are providing, it is disclosed in writing. See Secure & Transparent.
- Records you keep. Every engagement leaves you holding the documentation — not us.
Not sure which service applies? Tell us the situation — what you hold or want to hold, and what you need it to do — and we will tell you what is worth engaging us for and what is not.
